Let q denote the numbers of eggs originally  in the basket. We want to find the least number  of eggs in the basket.   ⇔ q ≡ 1(mod 2) ≡ 1(mod 3)≡ 1(mod 5) ≡ 0 (mod 7)  the first three congruences then  q ≡ 1 (mod lcm(2,3,5))= 30  solving this with the remaining congruence  gives us q ≡ 91 (mod 210) . Thus the  least number of eggs is 91.
