 lim_(x→0)  ((cos x−cos 3x)/x^2 )+lim_(x→0) ((x^3 cos ((π/x)))/x^2 ) =   lim_(x→0)  (((1−(1/2)x^2 )−(1−(9/2)x^2 ))/x^2 )+lim_(x→0)  xcos ((π/x)) =  lim_(x→0) ((4x^2 )/x^2 ) + lim_(x→0)  x cos ((π/x)) = 4+0 = 4
