$${simplify}:\:\:\:\frac{\mathrm{5}^{{log}_{\frac{\mathrm{4}}{\mathrm{5}}} \mathrm{5}} }{\mathrm{4}^{{log}_{\frac{\mathrm{4}}{\mathrm{5}}} \mathrm{4}} } \\ $$

= 0.05 = (5/(100))=(1/(20))

$$=\:\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{05}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{5}}{\mathrm{100}}=\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{20}} \\ $$
