Question Number 12874 by tawa last updated on 04/May/17

Answered by mrW1 last updated on 05/May/17

(dy/dx)=6x−5 y=∫(6x−5)dx=3x^2 −5x+C 5=3×2^2 −5×2+C ⇒C=3 ⇒the curve is y=3x^2 −5x+3

$$\frac{{dy}}{{dx}}=\mathrm{6}{x}−\mathrm{5} \\ $$$${y}=\int\left(\mathrm{6}{x}−\mathrm{5}\right){dx}=\mathrm{3}{x}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{5}{x}+{C} \\ $$$$\mathrm{5}=\mathrm{3}×\mathrm{2}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{5}×\mathrm{2}+{C} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{C}=\mathrm{3} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{the}\:{curve}\:{is}\:{y}=\mathrm{3}{x}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{5}{x}+\mathrm{3} \\ $$
