(x+3)^2 +(y−5)^2 =45   A(0;11)  of  the  circle  to  the  point  of  trying  to  find the  angular  coefficient.

(X,Y)=(x+3,y−5)  X^2 +Y^2 =45 &A(3,6)  X_0 X+Y_0 Y=r^2   3X+6Y=45  3(x+3)+6(y−5)=45  3x+6y=66  y=−(1/2)x+11  I hope i help
