 (1) A cell has an Emf of 2.5 V .It cannot be balanced by a   potentiometer of lenght 100.0 cm when a driver cell of of 2.0V  is connected to it. which of the following best explains why there  is no balance lenght?   A. The current in the wire is too low.       B. the balance lenght is too small   C. the emf of the cell is too low.                D. The voltae accross the wire is too low.  please site a little explanation.
