	$x_{1, 2} = \frac{- b \pm \sqrt{b^{2} - 4 a c}}{2 a}$ $\Rightarrow x_{1}^{2} + x_{2}^{2} = \frac{b^{2}}{a^{2}} - 2 \frac{c}{a} \Rightarrow p = \frac{c}{a} \land s = \pm \frac{b}{a}$
