$s i n (θ) = μ s i n (ϕ)$ $\Rightarrow \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2} = \frac{3}{2} s i n (ϕ) \Rightarrow ϕ = {s i n}^{- 1} (\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}) = 35.3 °$
