$$3^{3x}+3^{4x-1}=\frac{32}{3}$$$$3\times 3^{3x}+3^{4x}=32$$$$lett=3^x>0orx={\log }_{3}t={\log }_{a}b$$$$t^4+3t^3-32=0$$$$t\approx 1.8727$$$$\Rightarrow a=3,b=t\approx 1.8727$$
