Use calculus to find what price per bag produces the most money collected. If x represents the price per bag and y represents the amount of money collected then y = x(60 – 4x)\n

$$\mathrm{y}=60\mathrm{x}-{4\mathrm{x}}^2\Rightarrow {\mathrm{y}}^{\prime }=60-8\mathrm{x}=0;\mathrm{x}=\frac{60}{8}=7.5$$
