sin 3x+sin x = 2sin 2x cos x  (•)2sin 2x cos x + sin 2x = cos x(1+2cos x)   sin 2x(1+2cos x)−cos x(1+2cos x) = 0  (1+2cos x)(sin 2x−cos x)= 0  (i) 1+2cos  x = 0 ⇒cos  x=−(1/2) , x= ((2π)/3)  (ii) sin 2x−cos x= 0   2sin xcos x−cos x = 0   cos x(2sin x−1) = 0 → { ((cos x = 0 ; x=(π/2))),((sin x = (1/2); x=(π/6), ((5π)/6))) :}
