$$x=\sqrt{3+\sqrt{2}-\sqrt{9+4\sqrt{2}}}$$$$x=\sqrt{3+\sqrt{2}-\sqrt{{(1+2\sqrt{2})}^2}}$$$$x=\sqrt{3+\sqrt{2}-(1+2\sqrt{2})}$$$$x=\sqrt{2-\sqrt{2}}$$
