$$={\log }_{\sqrt{x}}{\left(\sqrt{x}\right)}^2=3^{1/3}$$$$={2\log }_{\sqrt{x}}\sqrt{x}=3^{1/3}$$$$\Rightarrow 2=3^{1/3}$$$$nosolution!$$

$$\log {}_{\sqrt{x}}x=\frac{\ln x}{\ln \sqrt{x}}=\frac{\ln x}{\frac{1}{2}\ln x}=2$$
