   3k^2  +2kh−8h^2   By breaking middle term    =3k^2 −4kh+6kh−8h^2    =k(3k−4h)+2h(3k−4h)  =(3k−4h)(k+2h)

3k2+2kh8h2Bybreakingmiddleterm=3k24kh+6kh8h2=k(3k4h)+2h(3k4h)=(3k4h)(k+2h)
