$$6\times 9=54$$$$54-12-15=27$$$$\frac{12}{x}=\frac{27-x}{15}$$$$x^2-27x+180=0$$$$(x-12)(x-15)=0$$$$x=12or15$$

$$(9-x)y=15$$$$x(6-y)=12$$$$y=\frac{15}{9-x}$$$$y=\frac{6(x-2)}{x}$$$$15x=6(x-2)(9-x)$$$$x^2-\frac{17}{2}x+18=0$$$$x_1=4\Rightarrow y_1=3\Rightarrow A_1=12$$$$x_2=\frac{9}{2}\Rightarrow y_2=\frac{10}{3}\Rightarrow A_2=15$$
