	$\frac{2}{y} = \frac{1}{x} (\frac{a}{y} + 1) \Leftrightarrow 2 x = a + y \Leftrightarrow x = \frac{a + y}{2}$ $\Rightarrow$ $2 (4 a - y) = \frac{a + y}{2}$ $16 a - 4 y = a + y$ $15 a = 5 y$ $y = 3 a \Rightarrow x = 2 a$
