$$\mathrm{Z}=\frac{z^8+z+1}{z^5+z+1}$$$$\mathrm{Z}=z^3-\frac{z^4+z^3-z-1}{z^5+z+1}$$$$\mathrm{Z}=z^3-\frac{(z+1)(z^3-1)}{z^5+z+1}$$$$\mathrm{Z}=z^3-\frac{(z+1)(z-1)(z^2+z+1)}{z^5+z+1}$$
