$$f\left(x\right)=Q(x-2)(x-3)+ax+b$$$$3a+b=2$$$$2a+b=3$$$$\Rightarrow a=-1,b=5$$$$\mathrm{Remainder}\mathrm{when}\mathrm{divided}\mathrm{by}$$$$(x-2)(x-3)=-x+5$$
