$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{L}=\frac{1}{2+\log {}_3\left(25\right)}+\frac{1}{2+\log {}_5\left(9\right)}$$$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{L}=\frac{1}{\log {}_3\left(9\times 25\right)}+\frac{1}{\log {}_5\left(9\times 25\right)}$$$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{L}=\log {}_{225}\left(3\right)+\log {}_{225}\left(5\right)$$$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{L}=\log {}_{225}\left(15\right)=\frac{1}{2}$$
