what if we replace the r.h.s. in  this question by  2x ?

⇒x+(√(kx+2k)) +2(√(x^2 −(kx+2k)))+x−(√(kx+2k)) = 4k^2   ⇒2x−4k^2  = −2(√(x^2 −kx−2k))  ⇒x−2k^2  =−(√(x^2 −kx−2k))  ⇒x^2 −4k^2 x+4k^4 =x^2 −kx−2k  ⇒(4k^2 −k)x=4k^4 +2k  ⇒(4k−1)x=4k^3 +2  ⇒x = ((4k^3 +2)/(4k−1)) ; k≠(1/4)
