x=1+4k  ∀k∈{0,1,2,3,...}

$${x}=\mathrm{1}+\mathrm{4}{k}\:\:\forall{k}\in\left\{\mathrm{0},\mathrm{1},\mathrm{2},\mathrm{3},...\right\} \\ $$

Solution can be produced by  sir mindispower,sir floor,...
