$$O(0,0);A(x,y);B(4;3)$$$$OB=\sqrt{4^2+3^2}=5$$$$\Rightarrow OA+AB=OB\Rightarrow A\in \left(OB\right)\Rightarrow x,y>0$$$$\frac{x}{4}=\frac{y}{3}\Rightarrow 4y=3x\Rightarrow 3x^2+3x^2=24\Rightarrow$$$$x=2\Rightarrow y=\frac{3}{2}$$
