If the area of the square is 144m^2 . Find the radius of the circle. I got 6(√2) , is it correct?

 6(√2)

$$\:\mathrm{6}\sqrt{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$

yes because D=(√(12^2 +12^2 ))=(√(288)) D=12(√2) ; R=(D/2) ⇒ R=6(√2)...

$${yes}\:{because}\:{D}=\sqrt{\mathrm{12}^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{12}^{\mathrm{2}} }=\sqrt{\mathrm{288}} \\ $$$${D}=\mathrm{12}\sqrt{\mathrm{2}}\:\:;\:\:{R}=\frac{{D}}{\mathrm{2}}\:\Rightarrow\:{R}=\mathrm{6}\sqrt{\mathrm{2}}... \\ $$
