By eliminating θ, show that x^2 = − y^2 , if x sin^3 θ + y cos^3 θ = sinθ and x sinθ − y cosθ = 0

question is clearly wrong. x^2 =−y^2 means simply x=y=0.

$${question}\:{is}\:{clearly}\:{wrong}. \\ $$$${x}^{\mathrm{2}} =−{y}^{\mathrm{2}} \:{means}\:{simply}\:{x}={y}=\mathrm{0}. \\ $$
