let x^2 +y^2 −2x−3y+1=0⇔x^2 −2x+y^2 −3y+1=0                          ⇔(x−1)^2 −1^2 +(y−(3/2))−((3/2))^2 +1=0                       ⇔(x−1)^2 +(y−(3/2))^2 =((3/2))^2   we then have Ω(1;(3/2)) is the center of this circle  on the other hand 2x^2 +2y^2 +6x−6y+3=0⇔2x^2 +6x+2y^2 −6y+3=0                  ⇔2[(x^2 +3x)]+2[(y^2 −3y)]+3=0         ⇔2[(x+(3/2))^2 −((3/2))^2 ]+2[(y−(3/2))^2 −((3/2))^2 ]+3=0         ⇔2(x+(3/2))^2 −(9/2)+2(y−(3/2))^2 −(9/2)+3=0         ⇔2(x+(3/2))^2 +2(y−(3/2))^2 =6         ⇔(x+(3/2))^2 +(y−(3/2))^2 =3  we then have O(−(3/2);(3/2)) is the center of this circle  i)so therefore the distance between the center the two circles  is OΩ=(√((−(3/2)−1)^2 +((3/2)−(3/2))^2 ))               =(5/2)   ii)easy question
