$$\mathrm{\angle }POR=2\mathrm{\angle }PQR=2\times 72=144°$$$$\mathrm{\angle }OPS+\mathrm{\angle }POR=180°$$$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{\angle }OPS=180°-144°=36°$$
