N=n^2 =m^3 =20k=2^2 ×5×k_(min)   primes cannot be compensated  N=2^6 ×5^6 =10^6 =1million

$${N}={n}^{\mathrm{2}} ={m}^{\mathrm{3}} =\mathrm{20}{k}=\mathrm{2}^{\mathrm{2}} ×\mathrm{5}×{k}_{{min}} \\ $$$${primes}\:{cannot}\:{be}\:{compensated} \\ $$$${N}=\mathrm{2}^{\mathrm{6}} ×\mathrm{5}^{\mathrm{6}} =\mathrm{10}^{\mathrm{6}} =\mathrm{1}{million} \\ $$

Required number:  A=2^(m≥2) .5^(n≥1)  [∵ 20(=2^2 .5^1 ) ∣ A ]..........(i)  A=2^(k.LCM(2,3)) .5^(k.LCM(2,3)) .............(ii)  [∵ A is same time perfect square  (□^2 ) & perfect cube(△^3 )]  (i) & (ii):A=2^(1×6) .5^(1×6) =1000000  [A is the least such number so k=1]
