let side of square=x  area=x^2   area of each rectangle=(x^2 /6)  length of blue recangle=(x^2 /(12))  width of pink rectangle(BC length)  =(x−(x^2 /(12)))  ∴x(x−(x^2 /(12)))=(x^2 /6)  ⇒x^2 −(x^2 /6)=(x^3 /(12))  ⇒x=10  ∴x^2 =100 squnits
