as i already answered in an other question of yours, !!n is not a generally defined symbol. if you mean something particular with !!n, you should specify what you mean. otherwise such a question makes no sense, just like when i ask 8^(÷2) =?

obviously 8^(÷2) =5_(?4) because 2 is prime

$$\mathrm{obviously}\:\overset{\boldsymbol{\div}\mathrm{2}} {\mathrm{8}}=\underset{?\mathrm{4}} {\mathrm{5}}\:\mathrm{because}\:\mathrm{2}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{prime} \\ $$
