not possible! question is wrong!  tan β=(a/b)=(3/4)  you can not determine a and b.

tan θ = ((AC)/(BC)) = (a/(BC)) = (1/3)  tan β = ((AC)/(CD)) = (a/b) = (3/4)  (a/b) = (3/4) ⇒ a = ((3b)/4) ∧ b = ((4a)/3)
