$$ABCDisasquare,AB=BC=CD=DA$$$$and,eachangle90°$$$$Now,In\mathrm{\Delta }CDE,DE=CE=CD$$$$So,\mathrm{\angle }DCE=\mathrm{\angle }CDE=\mathrm{\angle }CED=60°$$$$\therefore \mathrm{\Delta }CDEisequilateraltriangle.$$$$Now,In\mathrm{\Delta }BCE,BC=CE$$$$So,\mathrm{\angle }BEC=\mathrm{\angle }CBE=x\left(let\right)$$$$\therefore x+x+30°=180°$$$$\Rightarrow x=75°$$$$Now,\mathrm{\angle }ABC=90°$$$$\Rightarrow \theta +75°=90°$$$$\Rightarrow \theta =15°$$
