 A particle of mass 0.25kg vibrates   with a period of 2secs. If its    greatest displacement is 0.4m. What   is its maximum kinetic energy.

ω=((2π)/T)  KE_(max) =((mv_(max) ^2 )/2)  =((m(ωs_(max) )^2 )/2)  =(m/2)(((2πs_(max) )/T))^2   =((0.25)/2)×(((2π×0.4)/2))^2 =0.1974 J

ω=2πTKEmax=mvmax22=m(ωsmax)22=m2(2πsmaxT)2=0.252×(2π×0.42)2=0.1974J
