if F is area, then question must be  wrong.  LHS is [length]^4   RHS is [length]^6  !

$${if}\:{F}\:{is}\:{area},\:{then}\:{question}\:{must}\:{be} \\ $$$${wrong}. \\ $$$${LHS}\:{is}\:\left[{length}\right]^{\mathrm{4}} \\ $$$${RHS}\:{is}\:\left[{length}\right]^{\mathrm{6}} \:! \\ $$

i don′t think every body knows what  w_a ,w_b ,w_c ,F mean.
