$$\mathrm{Jug}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{height}1.5\mathrm{cm}:)$$$$$$$$xlitersinsmallerjug$$$$x:7=1.5:8$$$$8x=7\times 1.5$$$$x=\frac{10.5}{8}=1.3125liters.$$
