2^(x+y) =6 ⇒ x+y=((ln 6)/(ln 2))=a 3^(x+y) =4 ⇒ x+y=((ln 4)/(ln 3))=b a≠b ⇒ no solution

$$\mathrm{2}^{{x}+{y}} =\mathrm{6}\:\Rightarrow\:{x}+{y}=\frac{\mathrm{ln}\:\mathrm{6}}{\mathrm{ln}\:\mathrm{2}}={a} \\ $$$$\mathrm{3}^{{x}+{y}} =\mathrm{4}\:\Rightarrow\:{x}+{y}=\frac{\mathrm{ln}\:\mathrm{4}}{\mathrm{ln}\:\mathrm{3}}={b} \\ $$$${a}\neq{b}\:\Rightarrow\:\mathrm{no}\:\mathrm{solution} \\ $$
