Let the equation be y_t =mx+c=3x+1  ⇒f ′(x)=m  f ′(x)=3^(mx) (2sec^2 xtanx)+(m3^(mx) ln3)sec^2 x  f ′(0)=3 ⇒f ′(0)=mln3=3 ⇒m=(3/(ln3))

why you derivate the equation of   the line y=3x+1? because the slop   of the is 3 not 1 okay

y=3x+1⇒slope of tanjent =3 then how  mln3=1 ?
