$\frac{A P}{P C} = \frac{A D}{M C} = 2$ $\Rightarrow Δ A D P = 2 \times 14 = 28$ $\frac{P M}{D P} = \frac{C M}{A D} = \frac{1}{2}$ $\Rightarrow Δ P M C = \frac{14}{2} = 7$ $14 + 28 - 7 = 35$
