$$20\left(\mathrm{mod}9\right)=11$$$$\mathrm{y}\equiv 11\left(\mathrm{mod}6\right)$$$$\mathrm{y}\equiv 11-6=5\left(\mathrm{mod}6\right)$$$$\mathrm{y}\equiv 5\left(\mathrm{mod}6\right)$$
