(3x+10)+(7x−50)=180 10x−40=180 10x=220 x=22

$$\left(\mathrm{3}{x}+\mathrm{10}\right)+\left(\mathrm{7}{x}−\mathrm{50}\right)=\mathrm{180} \\ $$$$\mathrm{10}{x}−\mathrm{40}=\mathrm{180} \\ $$$$\mathrm{10}{x}=\mathrm{220} \\ $$$${x}=\mathrm{22} \\ $$
