$$F_{GC}=0$$$$F_{BG}\times \frac{3}{5}=400-200=200$$$$\Rightarrow F_{BG}=\frac{1000}{3}$$$$F_{FG}\times 3=400\times 4$$$$\Rightarrow F_{FG}=\frac{1600}{3}$$
