$$\mathrm{show}\:\mathrm{that}\:\int_{\mathrm{0}} ^{\frac{\pi}{\mathrm{4}}} \frac{\mathrm{x}\:\mathrm{sinx}}{\mathrm{1}+\mathrm{cos}^{\mathrm{2}} \mathrm{x}}\mathrm{dx}=\frac{\pi}{\mathrm{4}} \\ $$
