$$ifx<\frac{1}{3},\lfloor x\rfloor +\lfloor 2x\rfloor +\lfloor 3x\rfloor ⩽0<1$$$$\Rightarrow x⩾\frac{1}{3}$$$$ifx⩾\frac{1}{2},\lfloor x\rfloor +\lfloor 2x\rfloor +\lfloor 3x\rfloor ⩾2>1$$$$\Rightarrow x<\frac{1}{2}$$$$\Rightarrow solution\frac{1}{3}⩽x<\frac{1}{2}$$
