$$(1-2x)(1-x)=0$$$$\Rightarrow x_1=\frac{1}{2},x_2=1$$$$minimumatx=\frac{\frac{1}{2}+1}{2}=\frac{3}{4}$$$$minimum=(1-\frac{2\times 3}{4})(1-\frac{3}{4})=-\frac{1}{8}✓$$
