$${(a+b)}^2-{(a-b)}^2=4ab\Rightarrow$$$$\sqrt{{\left(325\right)}^2-{\left(125\right)}^2}=\sqrt{400r}+\sqrt{4\cdot 225\cdot r}$$$$\sqrt{450\cdot 200}=20\sqrt{r}+30\sqrt{r}$$$$\sqrt{450\cdot 200}=50\sqrt{r}$$$$\frac{450\cdot 200}{2500}=r=\frac{45\cdot 20}{25}=36u$$

$$\frac{1}{\sqrt{r}}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{225}}+\frac{1}{\sqrt{100}}$$$$\frac{1}{\sqrt{r}}=\frac{1}{15}+\frac{1}{10}=\frac{1}{6}$$$$\Rightarrow r=6^2=36$$
