   x^2 −2^x = 1 x= ?

I don′t think we can find the exact solutions x_1 ≈−1.19825020 x_2 =3 x_3 ≈3.40745052

$$\mathrm{I}\:\mathrm{don}'\mathrm{t}\:\mathrm{think}\:\mathrm{we}\:\mathrm{can}\:\mathrm{find}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{exact}\:\mathrm{solutions} \\ $$$${x}_{\mathrm{1}} \approx−\mathrm{1}.\mathrm{19825020} \\ $$$${x}_{\mathrm{2}} =\mathrm{3} \\ $$$${x}_{\mathrm{3}} \approx\mathrm{3}.\mathrm{40745052} \\ $$

Obviously x=3 is one of the solutions.

$$\mathrm{Obviously}\:{x}=\mathrm{3}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{one}\:\mathrm{of}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{solutions}. \\ $$
