$$\cancel{\sqrt{1}}-\sqrt{0}$$$$+\cancel{\sqrt{2}}-\cancel{\sqrt{1}}$$$$+\cancel{\sqrt{3}}-\cancel{\sqrt{2}}$$$$+..........$$$$+..........$$$$+\sqrt{16}-\cancel{\sqrt{15}}$$$$=\sqrt{16}-\sqrt{0}=4$$
