$$\frac{r}{2R-r}=\sin 30°=\frac{1}{2}$$$$\Rightarrow \frac{R}{r}=\frac{3}{2}$$$$\frac{green}{yellow}=\frac{\pi r^2}{\pi R^2-\pi r^2}=\frac{1}{{\left(\frac{3}{2}\right)}^2-1}=\frac{4}{5}=80\mathrm{\%}$$
