sin 30° = ((PM)/7)  (1/2) = ((PM)/7) ⇒ PM = (7/2)

$$\mathrm{sin}\:\mathrm{30}°\:=\:\frac{{PM}}{\mathrm{7}} \\ $$$$\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{2}}\:=\:\frac{{PM}}{\mathrm{7}}\:\Rightarrow\:{PM}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{7}}{\mathrm{2}}\: \\ $$
