x − 15 = 7  x = 7 + 15  x = 22

$$\mathrm{x}\:−\:\mathrm{15}\:=\:\mathrm{7} \\ $$$$\mathrm{x}\:=\:\mathrm{7}\:+\:\mathrm{15} \\ $$$$\mathrm{x}\:=\:\mathrm{22} \\ $$
