if a figure exists, we can scale it  to any size, therefore there is no  unique absolute value for R.

$${if}\:{a}\:{figure}\:{exists},\:{we}\:{can}\:{scale}\:{it} \\ $$$${to}\:{any}\:{size},\:{therefore}\:{there}\:{is}\:{no} \\ $$$${unique}\:{absolute}\:{value}\:{for}\:{R}. \\ $$
